Great Lakes Chocolate & Cafe

YUMMO! i came here around in october and completely forgot to leave my review. I was so so HAPPY with my experience! The woman that helped me and my friend was so kind and helpful. Every single thing i had there was so tasty too! The coffee, the eggs and toast, the entremet!! i would 100 percent recommend it here and will be coming back!

I walked in the find the friendliest, most helpful employees who seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. I had, perhaps, the best vanilla cappuccino I've ever had (and I'm old). I got an avocado melt sandwich and salad, both of which were scrumptious. The location is perfect, just across from Fishtown but not overcrowded - parking was easily available. My only regret was not getting any of the mouth-watering sweets on display. Next time! And there will be a next time very soon!

Great Lakes Chocolate & Cafe is a great little place to stop in Leeland! So many things to try if you are a chocolate lover! I got an iced mocha and it was simply amazing. Best chocolate I’ve ever had in a cafe mocha. If you love chocolate you will love this place!

Absolutely incredible tiramisu and amazing coffee! I’ve never tasted anything this delicious before. Highly recommend!

As a former business owner/operator have some familiarity with dealing with disgruntled and impossible customers... Shaina encountered a former keyboard warrior and handled the situation with absolute grace and definitely better than I would. Her commitment to her craft is seen throughout the quality of what is served. The place speaks for itself.. the food, coffee and pastries were delicious.. need not believe the naysayer in the review section. Everything we had was on the mark. Shaina!! Congrats to you all for running such a great business, don't let the whiners get ya down !

Great little spot in town. Hot & cold coffee and drink menu. Nice Danish pastires muffins, cookies. The French pasties & cake slices looked amazing & reasonable prices. Had a nice Mocha coffee & a danish.

Shana and her team are incredible! I've only been there one other time and not only did Shana remember me, she remembered my order! They make you feel immediately like family and always have some sweet treat suggestion/temptation to try. Last time I brought home their dark chocolate cherry turtles and had people begging for more, so of course I had to get those, and other treats, in addition to the DELICIOUS baked goods. Nothing I've tried has been anything less than mind-blowing - nothing is too sweet and has the best depth of flavor!
